Look no further, Rich Shelley is absolutely the best!!! He's awesome when it comes to selling your home. I was at wits end in 2019 when my 1st realtor listed our home. He insisted on us taking the 1st offer because we wouldn't get a better offer (famous last words). Needless to say, they pulled out the week before closing. After this fiasco, I was determined to find a realtor that would represent our best interest. An acquaintance recommended Rich; after 2 days of interviewing 5 realtors, I reluctantly interviewed Rich. After our initial meeting I knew he was the one, I'm so happy I chose Rich. Words cannot express my gratitude for such a terrific realtor. He immediately set his sights on getting my home sold using the best tools out there and laid out the perfect plan (I don't think he sleeps). He is a superb expert at selling and presenting homes. He set up 2 photography sessions (dusk & daylight) that resulted in fabulous pictures (made our original listing look like an amateur had taken the photos). The description of our home was out of the ballpark; all of it truly represented what our home would provide new owners. Then he tells me, I'm going to list your home on Black Friday; I said sure, but in my mind I'm thinking who is going to buy a home over Thanksgiving. Well, Rich managed to pleasantly surprise us and informed us by Sunday evening that we had a full offer. Within 30 days we closed with no issues. He is truly by all accounts, one of the best realtors I've ever worked with (I've sold numerous homes moving with the military). I'm forever grateful that he was recommended to us and will use him when it's time for us to move again.
